5 tips to help you stay on the right path and motives:
1. Climbing targets
If you have achieved goals for yourself at the beginning of SSD, make sure and make sure to focus on achieving them! You can always update it to fit better with your desires and needs but to keep them.
Whether it loses a certain amount of weight or improves your endurance, make sure your goals are realistic and can be achieved within the time frame of the rest of the challenge.
